Google is finally killing off Chrome apps, which nobody really used anyhow

Google announced that Chrome apps will no longer work on all platforms by June 2022. Google had previously said it would be ending support for Chrome apps on Windows, macOS, and Linux, but we now know that the company is ending support for Chrome apps on Chrome OS as well.
